Fast food is all about the people, and the crew working the windows here are always incredibly polite, energetic, and professional even when they have a long line of cars. They get you in and out with a smile, and the food comes out exactly as ordered. Appreciate the great customer service!“
“Ordered off the mobile app. Went to get my order. Clean.. no noise I usually don't eat inside but I sat down. My food was hot and fresh. My chicken nuggets was banging. My chili was watery I told front counter and the manager gave me something to replace my chili and was very apologetic. Amazing customer service.“
“I want to give a special thank you to Ms. Tacassala for her outstanding customer service. When there was an issue with my food, she took the time to listen to my concerns instead of dismissing them. She quickly corrected the problem and made sure everything was handled properly.
What stood out most was her professionalism and willingness to address the situation with the staff to prevent it from happening again. It’s refreshing to see a manager who genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in providing great service.

“Today 101/26 Let me tell y’all — Brianna at that window was a whole blessing. Kind, patient, and sold me on that Chili like it was her side hustle. I got home, called back, and Zara picked up just as sweet and funny. I only wanted to know when the Chili was ready, but she had me smiling too.
Went back, grabbed my bowl, and BOTH of them turned my day around. Professionalism on point, energy on point.

“Wendys is my favorite fast food and I usually don’t write reviews but my experience here was great. The employee TK gave me a great experience and her vibe was wonderful. Most fast food workers come to work and act as if they didn’t put in the application to work there but TK gave me a different fast food experience and’s she is a hard worker making sure every order was correct and ready to go out. Wish more employees were like her!“
