“Ordered off the mobile app. Went to get my order. Clean.. no noise I usually don't eat inside but I sat down. My food was hot and fresh. My chicken nuggets was banging. My chili was watery I told front counter and the manager gave me something to replace my chili and was very apologetic. Amazing customer service.“

Fast food is all about the people, and the crew working the windows here are always incredibly polite, energetic, and professional even when they have a long line of cars. They get you in and out with a smile, and the food comes out exactly as ordered. Appreciate the great customer service!“
“I want to give a special thank you to Ms. Tacassala for her outstanding customer service. When there was an issue with my food, she took the time to listen to my concerns instead of dismissing them. She quickly corrected the problem and made sure everything was handled properly.
What stood out most was her professionalism and willingness to address the situation with the staff to prevent it from happening again. It’s refreshing to see a manager who genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in providing great service.

“Bre 🙌🏿 was amazing very welcoming. Every time I come here she remembers me. My face knows my order. The staff is very pleasant very fast and the restaurant always stays clean. I mean today I walked in the bathroom and it looked immaculate. Great employees I would recommend this Wendy’s over the Wendy’s close to me. I drive 30 minutes out my way just to come to this Wendy’s because I know it’s always on point whoever hire Bre 🙌🏿 did a great job because she is phenomenal.“

Brianna was so happy and in great spirits and so positive about the situation. She really is amazing and she solved the issue with no problems at all.
