Today 101/26 Let me tell y’all — Brianna at that window was a whole blessing. Kind, patient, and sold me on that Chili like it was her side hustle. I got home, called back, and Zara picked up just as sweet and funny. I only wanted to know when the Chili was ready, but she had me smiling too.
Went back, grabbed my bowl, and BOTH of them turned my day around. Professionalism on point, energy on point.

Came through drive thru, polite and professional service
I visited here for the second time on 8-5-2026. They will take care of you just a little wait for fresh food. I got the $8.00 special 2 sandwiches and a frie and a frosty. Definitely worth the trip not a disappointment.

Wendy's, a popular fast-food restaurant, receives mixed reviews. While the food is normally consistent, issues with orders can arise, such as incorrect items or sizes. Customers have reported receiving the wrong drink or fries, along with encounters with inedible ingredients. The food is often hot, with melted cheese, leading to overall satisfaction for some. However, customer service at this particular Wendy's location has received criticism. Some employees have made customers feel like they were inconveniencing them, especially when asking for condiments. On a positive note, staff member Nya has been highlighted as super helpful, providing outstanding support to customers, even after her role as a supervisor changed. Despite some positive experiences, there are concerns about not being asked for meal sizes, with customers charged for a large without being consulted.
