Terrible service! Every time! They always ask you to pull up to a yellow wet floor sign, (that they use as a parking sign), after you've already paid for your food. They NEVER give you your food at the pay window. After basically forcing you to pull up behind other cars that are already waiting for their food, (5 minutes or more later), they casually walk out and give you a bag of B.S. I never see a leader/supervisor/manager?? Just a bunch of kids doing whatever they want to do...read full review
Never got my food after ordering online and waiting 17 minutes. I spoke to the young man and evidently he can't speak for himself because he allowed his manager to. They all got mad that I told the little employee to speak for himself. I asked for a refund but I was told I had to do it through the online app. Very poor customer service and management needs better training on how the app works.
Cashier was super rude. Didn’t ask me to pull up when they didn’t have my food ready, just gave an aggressive arm gesture. Like, seriously didn’t use words, and I didn’t think anyone could possibly be that rude to a customer so I stayed at the window thinking my food was about to come, and then she did the huge arm gesture twice acting annoyed with me.
