$8+ for a Krispy chicken meal that is normally $5.35 or $6.35 at the most everywhere else. And half the time the food is cold or order is messed up. Yall have lost your minds.

They took very long for just two salads, even with no line and plenty of employees.It would have been faster and cheaper if I stopped at Publix and bought a ready-made salad there, the reason I came here is because I was short on time and needed to eat while driving.I waited a long time before starting to write this review but as I am finishing this review my order is not yet done.I didn't want to press post on this until after I got my food, but now I'm starting to think Google maps might time out if I do.They have now had enough time for one of their employees to go to the grocery store and buy the ingredients of the salad.They asked me to pull forward so that they can serve the person behind me.I have been here for 20 minutes. Still no food.

Easily the worst wendys in ga. Food is never hot an went there twice in a 10 day span an both times burgers where over cooked. Watching the employees u can tell. They dont care. If u want anything other then a frosty go to another wendys or else u will be truly disappointed.

I am currently in a line wrapped around the building moving slow as molasses. It’s a shame that certain areas employ people who don’t care about efficiency and doing a good job. Hire better people! Manage your stores! Make sure they are doing their jobs!!! We have gone under as a society and pride for what we do! Why must we drive away from our home towns just to get better service. Fire the whole staff and start from scratch. Also place a sign on the road so people don’t miss the entrance to the store, common sense people

No manners. No thank you. I said thank you and she didn’t bother to say you’re welcome. Also what is the purpose of a mobile order that I have to pickup inside. I’m able to order before but I’m required to get out of my car to come inside and retrieve it. Does not make sense. And the lack of basic manners is off putting. Will not return here.

This Wendy’s deserves NO STARS based off customer service and the fact that they choose to deliberately take advantage of the customer. I don’t know why but this specific Wendy’s chooses to automatically upsize the biggie bags to a large. That means I should get a large fry and a large drink with the meal. Instead they purposefully give me a medium fry and a medium drink hoping I don’t notice. The worst part about it is when I tell them they made a mistake, they give me an attitude which actually makes sense because they knew exactly what they were trying to do. It’s been going on for weeks and I know for a fact that I’m not the only one who deals with this unprofessionalism from them. Just look at the other reviews.

Bad service, the manager should see how they treat customers, they made me wait about 10 minutes to order until I asked if they would serve me and a woman responded that only driving could order and Debrain was angry about looking for another job if she doesn't like that job. bad service

Horrible staff with Attitude. Extremely rude employees at the drive thru. Food didn't taste fresh. Tell me why when I ordered a classic Chicken asiago combo meal,Which on the sign showwed $11.87. I get up to the drive thru to pay. the young man tells me that it is $14 for the combo meal. When I asked for a receipt, he gets rude with me and tells me to get it at the next window. I asked the lady at the next window for the receipt, OMG!! She catches an attitude and still doesn't give me a receipt. I feel like they get a little extra.when it's lunch time. Avoid this restaurant like a plague... Sorry to be so Blunt about it...

This Wendy’s needs to be shut down or hire better managers and workers! We are here now, completely got our order wrong. My daughter got a 4 for $4 and that sandwich was wrong. So we take that sandwich back in, they literally picked through the sandwich to get rid of the ingredients that wasn’t suppose to be on there, then gave it back to us. They charged my son $6 for another sandwich that they got wrong telling him he had to pay for another for their mistake. The workers are goofy off, laughing way too much while there’s a line wrapped around the building. The guy manager just having a deep conversation at the window on his phone not even regulating the line and workers. Fries and spicy nuggets are ice cold (no exaggeration) . Everything was disgusting…I literally just wasted $15. I haven’t been to this Wendy’s since 2019, I need to take a longer hiatus from this place. Steer far tf away from this location!!!

Gooood afternoon. So I arrive to pay at Wendy’s on Covington and don’t get my change. That’s fine I forget things to. I ask. The guy literally has to hunt down keys to get my change Doesn’t know which key to use and apparently the person who gave him the keys doesn’t either. He then jokes with a coworker in the window how “this dude really making me do this for 47 cents.” No he isn’t. You didn’t do your job. This place has like 1 person who can work and apparently everyone else just gets paid to drag customers. Cool.
