“I had a great experience my most recent few visits. The lady at the window was sweet, kind, and respectful. My food is always good and hot. Their frosty is also always firm and can be scooped with a spoon (which is how it should be).
I think this location deserves a brand new renovation done like the Moreland Ave and Chamblee-Tucker locations had. It would fit with the newer buildings surrounding it in the beautiful area.“
“5 min wait at the drive thru at lunch time on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered via the app for a pick up. Drive thru employees were pleasant. Burger was hot & so were the fries. The order was modified and correct. First fast place I’ve ever been to that you didn’t have to ask for ketchup packets. They were already in the bag. Major kudos to the GM & staff.“
“This location‘s MORNING CREW is one of the sparkling moments of my daily commute into work. I often stop for a coffee and a breakfast baconator and every time I get fast, friendly service fresh hot food and it’s always given to me with a smile and a pleasant attitude. After driving an hour into work through Atlanta traffic, pulling in to pick up my breakfast and having it served with such a positive attitude can change my entire mood.“
“Wendy's, this hardly classifies as a Strawberry Lemonade. A squirt of Strawberry puree on the bottom topped with a gallon of Lemonade on top ain't gonna cut it. You've got to do better. You didn't even try to mix. This doesn't justify the price you're charging 😕“
“Sabrina is a sweetheart! My mom and I come every morning before starting our day. We always order the honey buddy chicken biscuit or switch it up and get the breakfast baconator. Sabrina is always up lifting when we see her. The smile is amazing and her service is always on point. She feels like family 🥰“

I have to give this Wendy’s location off Piedmont Road their flowers. The service here has consistently been excellent, and the food is always fresh. I’ve been ordering the Baconator lately and every single time the burger has been hot, well made, and exactly how it should be. The fries are always fresh and hot too, which makes a big difference.
The staff here are also very friendly and hospitable. You can tell they care about the customer experience and about the quality of the food they’re serving.
Funny enough, I recently saw the viral video of the Wendy’s CEO tasting the burger alongside other fast food CEOs, and it reminded me just how good Wendy’s burgers actually are. I decided to stop by this location again, and they absolutely delivered.

“The only thing I do not like is they supper size your order so when you get up to the window that is when you find out it is costing $2 to $3 dollars more than what it on the board with all the items they have. It has happened twice now and I just pay and not make a issue, but next time I will tell them I want the regular food order that I ordered because I did not tell them to supper size the order. The second time that it happened is my car was full 6 people and it costed an extra $14.00 dollars. They are very sneaky. I am sure it is the owner telling them to do that, and he/she might even be splitting with them at the end of their shift.“
“Slow to take you order.But quick to make it and the remix drink machine is usually stock with all the flavors rearly is out. if you like remixes. Food standard fair for wendy's , but I go for the drink machine. Restaurant is clean 👌 every time i've dined there. While the drive 🚗 threw stays packed. The Restaurant is mosty empty so it's quiet space to be alone. Staff is friendly. They'll slow to take your order/ money. On the other hand they are ridiculously quick to send your food.“

“They put some heavy mayonnaise on my food and label it without it. But when I went in cause we were in drive thru the manager was so nice about it. They fixed it and I was able to keep the other one. But I gave it to my child when they got home from school cause I don't believe in throwing food away. Thank you God.“
