Wendy's in Atlanta

“Unfortunately, and normally in our urban communities, the restaurants aren't always up to standard, but I must say at this particular Wendy's I've never had an issue. My food has always been fresh and hot. They've never been out of anything. The inside lobby is clean and organized, and the staff is friendly and respectful.“

“I didn’t get what i ordered and essentially was overcharged. I ordered a maple bacon croissant meal and no bacon was on the sandwich. Unfortunately due to catching a flight I couldn’t risk going back to get it corrected..“

“Excellent location. I've been here several times and the food, service, and quality have been consistent. One of the best locations I've been to. Keep it up. Side note: They have the AI ordering menu just for awareness. I think it works great.“

I want to take a moment to highlight their exceptional customer service. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted with professionalism and a welcoming attitude. While I was waiting for my order, another young lady came over and asked if I had been helped. I replied, “I have, and thank you for asking.” That kind of attention to customers really stood out to me.

My food was also prepared quickly and came out hot, which is definitely a double plus!
If I forgot anyone’s name who was working in the back, please forgive me. I truly appreciate everyone who contributed to making my experience a great one.

“Hands down, this Wendy’s is the best I’ve ever been to! I was on the hunt for a good, affordable, and quick meal, so I decided to stop by through the drive-through. To my surprise, my order was taken by the time I reached the window, and they even had my bag ready for me. The two gentlemen behind the counter were incredibly professional and charismatic, and they served me with a warm smile. And let me tell you, the food was hot and delicious! “Went through the drive through. It has an AI order taker. Very easy to order no mistakes. Food was good. I gave them 4 stars on the food line because the fries were not hot. They were warm and when you are taking the food home to eat… it’s cold by the time you get it there.“

“I went through the drive thru ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, jalapeno ranch triple cheese burger, & small fries with a ranch dipping sauce and let me tell you Wendys has been and still is one of my favorite fast places! “The food was hot, but the size of the drink and fries were supposed to be large. We got medium fries and drink. There was a lot of laughing and talking between the staff, so focus on the correct items weren't there. Personally when I pay for an upsize and a specialty lemonade, I want my items !“

“I come to this Wendy’s very often. Sometimes everything is great sometimes it isn’t. I wanted to come and leave a positive comment though for a mistake they went above and beyond to fix. I ordered through the app and they forgot my nuggets. They ran out and flagged me down before I can fully leave the parking lot and provided a free fry and extra nuggets for their mishap. I think that this is worth acknowledging because in the current world of fast food most establishment employees don’t care. Thank you for not allowing me to get all the way home, turn the tv on ready to grub and realize my nuggets were missing..:“

“The only thing I do not like is they supper size your order so when you get up to the window that is when you find out it is costing $2 to $3 dollars more than what it on the board with all the items they have. It has happened twice now and I just pay and not make a issue, but next time I will tell them I want the regular food order that I ordered because I did not tell them to supper size the order. The second time that it happened is my car was full 6 people and it costed an extra $14.00 dollars. They are very sneaky. I am sure it is the owner telling them to do that, and he/she might even be splitting with them at the end of their shift.“

“Slow to take you order.But quick to make it and the remix drink machine is usually stock with all the flavors rearly is out. if you like remixes. Food standard fair for wendy's , but I go for the drink machine. Restaurant is clean 👌 every time i've dined there. While the drive 🚗 threw stays packed. The Restaurant is mosty empty so it's quiet space to be alone. Staff is friendly. They'll slow to take your order/ money. On the other hand they are ridiculously quick to send your food.“

“I just recently downloaded and used for the first time the Wendy's App for online ordering. It was so easy and it gave me a free sandwich for being a new user!

I had the Jalapeño Ranch Double Stack and it was excellent. I also had a spicy chicken sandwich and it was delicious as always.

Picking up from drive thru after I placed the order online was a breeze!“
