I recently placed a mobile order through the Wendy’s app. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I accidentally pulled away before receiving my full order. I called back to let them know I was coming back, and the manager, Tangie, immediately knew who I was. She apologized right away and explained that she had tried to flag me down before I left.
Even though it was completely my fault for driving off too soon, Tangie was so kind and professional. She took responsibility for the mix-up and offered to make things right, going above and beyond to make sure my order was complete.
I’ve had other drive-thru experiences where items were missing, but this was the first time a manager personally took the time to apologize and offer something for my inconvenience. Tangie’s attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for her customers really stood out.
It’s service like this that makes me want to return to Wendy’s again and again. Plus, the fact that I was able to reach the restaurant twice around 10 p.m.—and they close at midnight—shows just how attentive and responsive their team is. Outstanding customer service!“
“Oh yeah 😎 I just wanted to say that I went here earlier to grab lunch to go. And I can tell you that I was really shocked 😲. I'll explain later. However, I really enjoyed the meal that I chose 😋 but you really can't think 🤔 of the reason why I would love to tell you about. Yes the food was great. The crew was very courteous and very organized in taking my order getting others orders out. Wait ✋️ not to mention 😳 I was really thrown away when I walked in the restroom. I actually thought 😅 that I was home. The cleaning aspect of the restroom was amazing. Because I went to wash my hands. That Restroom smell was exactly like my restroom at home. It was a pleasure to go inside and wash my hands. I was really shocked 😲 at the fact that I was just blown away. I give this location 2 thumbs 👍 up.“
“I went to this location and the person taking orders through the drive thru was so friendly and energetic, I felt the great energy through the intercom, pulled to the window and he gave the same energetic customer service that's needed in food service, he was kind and that's who I want to take my order everytime I go to this location, His name is Steve, Thank you sir for making the day of everyone who comes through and hear your voice, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE 🙏🏾“
