I’ve been ordering the Meal of Misfortune every single day since it rolled out, and I can confidently say that this Wendy’s consistently goes above and beyond.

One day, I even decided to try the Monroe location just to compare… and while the food there was edible, it didn’t even come close to the quality and consistency I’ve experienced here. The difference was night and day.

At this location, the nuggets and fries are always served piping hot, crispy, and perfectly salted — never soggy, stale, or undercooked like I’ve had at other spots. You can tell that the kitchen team here actually cares about freshness and presentation, even for drive-thru orders. That’s rare in fast food these days, and it definitely keeps me coming back.

Not only is the food on point, but I’ve also noticed a big improvement in customer service.
The staff are efficient, and the drive-thru line moves at a reasonable pace. I’ve never had to wait very long, and I always leave with my order exactly right, which is more than I can say for most places lately.

First of all, the place is noticeably very clean — the dining area, tables, and overall atmosphere are well maintained, which immediately makes a good impression. “This time when I went in there were a restaurant staff of nothing but but young people and they jus had lack lazy attitude. My food was the worst I have every had from a Wendy's and I said I wouldn't go back to this location unless it was a last resort. My burger was cold and hard around the edges and if I hadn't made it back ro work before I opened the bag I would have gotten a refund“

“Food was okay. Its fast food, but there were two of us, ordered the same thing, chicken sandwich, only one of us got fries. Had about a 5 minute wait for food. But friendly staff. Seats should be redone since some are ripped. But overall, it was good.“
