Wendy's in Covington

“I visited Wendy's to pick up some breakfast from myself and my wife. Food is good service was so so. Inside the dining area, I found the workers' children in the dining room area because the single moms don't have anyone to take care of them. Since when did Wendy's become a daycare center?“

“The folks during the day shift are amazing! They are very professional, which is hard to come by at the Wendy’s now a days! I want to give kudos to Raven, she was a joy to deal with and her customer service far exceeds expectations of the customer! She went above and beyond, she assured a young man with his order to his car due to his hands being full! Now that is outstanding never have I seen someone handle the situation with care and ease and without direction! Raven thank you for you excellent customer service and dedication to being the best you even at work! Just because of her I will return and recommend the location!“

“We stopped at this random Wendy's on the way home to SC from a weekend in Nashville for the Alan Jackson concert. We are so glad we did. We met Dalvin who was so polite. It was so refreshing to see a manager who is actually helping his employees. He flipped burgers, ran food to cars waiting for mobile orders etc. He spoke to everyone in the store and was just a absolute pressure to be around. I don't think I have ever written a fast food review but I had to say how amazing Dalvin was.“
