“I would like to say that the manager Larry goes above and beyond to ensure that he gives exceptional customer service. He was off duty yesterday when I came to bring my salad back and he still made sure to help me from beginning to the end. He made me a fresh new salad himself which he didn’t have to do since he was off but he did. I really appreciated the service that he gave and his attitude was very kind and willing to help. Keep it up Larry we need more managers like you that are willing to go that extra mile whether you are on duty or off….“
“We stopped at this random Wendy's on the way home to SC from a weekend in Nashville for the Alan Jackson concert. We are so glad we did. We met Dalvin who was so polite. It was so refreshing to see a manager who is actually helping his employees. He flipped burgers, ran food to cars waiting for mobile orders etc. He spoke to everyone in the store and was just a absolute pressure to be around. I don't think I have ever written a fast food review but I had to say how amazing Dalvin was.“
