Wendy's in Covington

“1st time in 2 yrs that I've eaten breakfast here. The service was always horrible and the management/staff attitudes were very unprofessional and rude.

Fortunately after a couple of yrs I returned and to my surprise and satisfaction the service was awesome and the food was fresh and yummy. There is a mangaer name Sadie with the biggest smile and that served me in the drive through and she made sure to brew me a fresh cup of decaf coffee instead of giving me regular like others in the past. It was worth the wait. This is the Wendy's I miss! Great job guys! I will be back 1-2 a week! ♥️ I pray that the staff customer service is just as great as the manager. Thank you Mrs Sadie!“

“The folks during the day shift are amazing! They are very professional, which is hard to come by at the Wendy’s now a days! I want to give kudos to Raven, she was a joy to deal with and her customer service far exceeds expectations of the customer! She went above and beyond, she assured a young man with his order to his car due to his hands being full! Now that is outstanding never have I seen someone handle the situation with care and ease and without direction! Raven thank you for you excellent customer service and dedication to being the best you even at work! Just because of her I will return and recommend the location!“
