A higher line of fast food
I would like to say that the manager Larry goes above and beyond to ensure that he gives exceptional customer service. He was off duty yesterday when I came to bring my salad back and he still made sure to help me from beginning to the end. He made me a fresh new salad himself which he didn’t have to do since he was off but he did. I really appreciated the service that he gave and his attitude was very kind and willing to help. I came to the drive thru and notices no line. We'll what i didnt notice is that after I slid i was told to go up to the back gate and they would bring it out. So I pulled up it waited almost 15 mins. For a cheeseburger kids meal with no toy and i get the fries are for kids but they were not even warm. And 1 Jr. Cheeseburger only. 10mins and parked is not drive thru and not good service.
