This is your typical Wendy's food quality, which IMO is good. But, The slowest service EVER, especially the drive thru. Recommend going inside if you don't have 20-30 minutes to spare sitting your car waiting.

no matter how many chances i give them to get it right they never do. i go one time i get horrible customer service. the next time i get horrible customer service and order inaccurate. today i get dirty sprite. pictures!!!?? actually update today the food was fresh and delicious it was just the soda.update: the last time i went there the service was excellent order was excellent fresh and accurate. they were super hospitable. the inside was closed and they opened the door bcuz...read full review

I stopped by Wendys on Candler Rd in Decatur, Ga on 9/4/23. Jordan was working the drive-thru. This young man has exceptional customer service skills. He's perfect for the position. He was very pleasant, curtious and he moved the line quickly. He made a very good impression on me. Candler Rd, you should be smiling. This young man deserves 10 stars. Thank you Jordan! You are awesome.
