I went inside to order around 9:30a yesterday and it was basically no customers. Upon entering I went to the counter not realizing they had self serve registers. Shaquonna was so busy mopping the floor and told her coworker "I'm not getting on no register, what she getting?" As if I'm not there. The man was nice enough to stop what he was doing and kindly checked me out. He needed Shaquonna's code to place my order and she still responded nasty as she looked crazy. What can I say... it's a fast food spot, with employees that don't seem to care about their job. They got my order incorrect, weren't very friendly, and the food wasn't even particularly hot when they gave it to me.

It truly made me happy when I went to this location the other night. It was a little late but I was greeted with great energy and assistance with my order (I was a bit indecisive) Rakim the night time manager was a big help, friendly and professional. I appreciated everyone I encountered that night and I can tell that they have a great energy because of the energy carried from their manager. It made the visit pleasant for sure even late at night!
