“I have to say this particular Chick-fil-A is a grade above all the others that I've experienced over time. They have everything in order. They handle a volume and level of drive-thru that I've never seen before. And of course the food is reliable“

“Great food, exceptional experience.
I have never had a a restaurant employee at a drive-through take so much care to give someone patience and joy in a line.
I have tears in my eyes I’ve been laughing so hard. I just went to this location to get some lunch before I help my sister and clean her house.

It was taking mere *moments* longer than usual, so this remarkable young man at the window, Ryan, suddenly asked me if I wanted to play rock paper scissors. He proffered his fist, supported by his other hand, and I’m *immediately* game. I needed this whimsy today!! I beat him the first time after a few mirrored attempts and he gave me an extra straw to be funny. We were still waiting, so we kept going! The second time I beat him he gave me a cookie as a prize . 🤣 I won 6 or more times including a bout with one of his cheerful coworkers trying to beat me AND won on the first hit each time. I could not lose!!! and they kept giving me little prizes. Our shared reactions in disbelief built with every attempt. I have an extra straw and two cookies and all of us were in stitches laughing! 10/10 would be the rock paper scissors witch again. Thank you for the belly laughs, Ryan!!“

“me and my some of my soccer friends go here almost every day (monday-wednesday). we were delighted by Gio, who was a very nice and polite gentleman after we had a rough night. Gio is such a kind hearted and generous soul which deserves a raise. i love gio!! please tell me what days and hours he works so i can see him every day!! ???????????????????“

“Go here weekly if not twice a week, Work nearby and I order for either take-out or drive-thru. Either way by the time I get here it is ready. I love how they DO NOT use the stupid mobile thru other locations cheap out on. Sometimes, rarely, I need to change my order. By having the associate ask one simple question, is there anything I would like to change, saves me time and stress. Only issue I have is sometimes the tenders are missing breading or something. Whatever the crumbs/ crunchy bit is.“

“This Chick-fil-A has always been great for me. I normally dine-in, sometimes drive thru. I have not had any problems, the food and service are always great, and there's often someone walking around who greets me and offers to throw my trash away for me. I see people complaining about drive thru quality and service. If a restaurant's drive through is extremely long, then they are over capacity and rushing like crazy to fulfill orders. Then customers complain about time and quality. If the line is too long, go inside. It's not that long of a wait and the quality will be better than rushing your food. Everyone likes to complain so much, but not give any empathy. Convenience raises our expectations too much. Remember to thank those who are serving you. Customer service is a hard job.“

“Inside the Kroger is about the only difference in experience, that you'll find with this location. In my opinion if you've been to one Chick-fil-A you've been to most(the dwarf house restaurants are full service). They work extremely hard to provide the satisfying visit that they're known to provide.“

“First day at the new job starting off on the absolute best foot! Hit up Chick-fil-A and the service lived up to the motto—Lhennyx took my order in the drive-thru and then actually walked it out to hand it right to me at the window.

“This is my go to chick-fil-a in the area, the place is all around a great place. Their service is good for the most part, a few hiccups here and there but the Drive-thru is always packed, and takes a good few minutes to get through it. If you go in the store its a personally much better and faster experience. The atmosphere is always relaxed, its a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Prices are also reasonable for the most part, the employees are always respectful and try their best to accommodate. Great lunch I had today.“

“Went today, and David was the epitome of Chick-fil-A service!!! From the minute he took my order, to in between customers, he genuinely cared. Great job.
That being said; I just got home and opened my sandwich; it’s cold, the chickens is tiny, and didn’t even have a pickle. I’m sad to have to change my rating from 5 to 3, but it happens. Going to call and see if they’ll fix it.“

“stopped by the drive thru today while on break for work and had a great experience. the employees were all friendly, welcoming, and genuinely positive. I wanna give a shoutout to Fay. Her warm smile, genuine kindness, and uplifting attitude turned a simple drive-thru visit into the highlight of my day. I didn’t catch the young gentleman’s name that handed me my food but he was also positive as well. It’s always nice to be greeted by people who seem to truly enjoy making customers feel welcome. Great service and great energy all around.“

“Overall chick-fil-a is always a safe choice to go to, you almost always know exactly what you're going to get when you go, whether it's good quality or serivce. Since it's a campus chick-fil-a you can't use the Chick-fil-a app and because of covid they only allow orders through GrubHub which charges fees making it quite a bit more expensive if you go there often as usually I get a 60¢+ fee with my $4.30 sandwich.The main reason I give this chick-fil-a 4 stars though is since they changed to only pickup some of the staff, seem new compared to previous semesters, and they arent nearly as polite as chick-fil-a normally is, they usually just hand the food and turn around and go about their business and don't say anything, even when I thank them and I always have to make sure they include the sauces I asked for on the app because some don't give any or napkins.Overall this chick-fil-a definitely isn't bad but it seems like some employees are slacking compared to the chick-fil-a standard most are accustomed to and the GrubHub fees are annoying because it's required to order now.“
