“my visit was on 2/21/24...I normally dont write reviews but I felt I was complied to bc this visit made me so emotional. I came in around dinner time on this wednesday evening with 2 toddlers and an infant. Im sure I was getting looks because the kids I had didnt look like me but cute kids that wanted to say hi to everyone! Ms. Emily or "auntie emily" she told the kids she was greeted us and to let her know if we needed anything. at the end of my visit Miss emily came to my assistamce as one of my toddlers decided he was going to fall out in the restaraunt she assisted me get the kids back together and even walked me to the car with them after getting them some ice cream before. I WANT T SAY THANK YOU UNKNOWN TO YOU THE KIDS I HAD WERE FOSTER CHILDREN MY CLIENTS THEY HAVE A EVERY OTHER WEEK VISIT WITH THEIR SIBLINGS (ITS FIVE IN TOTAL) BECAUSE OF A TRANSPORT ISSUE THE OTHER TWO SIBLINGS DIDNT SHOW. REASONS WHY THE LITTLE BOY DIDNT WANT T LISTEN OR LEAVE THE RESTARAUNT BC HE HADNT SEEN HIS BROTHERS YET WHO WERE NOT COMING. I AM NOT A MOM MYSELF SO YES I BECAME VERY STRESSED IN THAT SITUATION AND I THINK YOU SAW THAT AND CAME TO MY RESCUE SO THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH AUNTIE EMILY !“
“Always fantastic customer service, very efficient, food comes out pretty quickly as soon as you get to the window, staff is ALWAYS friendly. Very rarely do they get your order wrong and when they do, they correct it. I compare the customer service and level of service of other businesses. regardless of what that business is to Chick-fil-A’s service because Chick-fil-A is the standard in customer service and making their customers feel welcome and happy and satisfied and they go above and beyond in doing that, and they are always kind and courteous. I would say at least 97% of the time they have your order correct. I love Chick-fil-A.“
“Everyone is always friendly here. Food was fresh and cooked to order. I didn't feel rushed by them after getting my food even with a line behind me. I don't eat Chick-fil-A often as I don't agree with their conservative Christian views, but as a treat once in awhile this location hasn't let me down!!!“

“This chick fil a is fine, I feel like the reviews in here are borderline racist on several counts. Calm down, it’s Atlanta, there’s not gonna be the same vibe as your little suburban CFA. Big yikes.I just have one issue: the Vanilla Iced Coffee. It’s clear that some manager there is teaching them how to make it wrong or there’s a problem with the syrup pump. Every other chick fil a in the world, the vanilla iced coffee has maybe a quarter or half inch of syrup in the bottom when they hand it to you. It’s actually one of the things I like about it is the pretty profile before you stir it up, and I love how much less sweet their coffee is than most other fast food shops.When I get coffee at windy hill, it’s SWIMMING in syrup. Like. 1 to 2 inches in the bottom, undrinkably sweet after stirring/shaking it up. It’s like, idk if they have a different pump on their syrup thingy than others, or if someone is adding both the regular simple syrup AND the French vanilla or what. But guys please review this, everything else you do is just dandy but this is like, undrinkably bad, I have to siphon the excess syrup out with my straw before drinking it.I’ve talked to management about it once and nothing changed, so idk if that manager left or what but imma keep this at 4 stars, I think overall they’re still a great franchise, just this one food item is being made completely differently than the other chick fil as I go to. “My wife and I go to Chick-fil-A at least twice a week, and we really enjoy the whole restaurant experience. Everyone there are always very friendly, from the regester all the way to the person that brings our food to our table, and if a mistake happens to happen to our order, then they'll take care of it. I can't ask for anything better from a fast food place. Thank you“
“Overall chick-fil-a is always a safe choice to go to, you almost always know exactly what you're going to get when you go, whether it's good quality or serivce. Since it's a campus chick-fil-a you can't use the Chick-fil-a app and because of covid they only allow orders through GrubHub which charges fees making it quite a bit more expensive if you go there often as usually I get a 60¢+ fee with my $4.30 sandwich.The main reason I give this chick-fil-a 4 stars though is since they changed to only pickup some of the staff, seem new compared to previous semesters, and they arent nearly as polite as chick-fil-a normally is, they usually just hand the food and turn around and go about their business and don't say anything, even when I thank them and I always have to make sure they include the sauces I asked for on the app because some don't give any or napkins.Overall this chick-fil-a definitely isn't bad but it seems like some employees are slacking compared to the chick-fil-a standard most are accustomed to and the GrubHub fees are annoying because it's required to order now.“
“Everyone at this Chik Fil A is so nice! Everytime I pull in they recognize me and call me by name. They showed me how to use the app and now I get points! So nice to be treated like a familiar name and a familiar face everytime I'm there! Always fast and pleasant!“
