Chick-fil-A in Marietta

“The food is usually good here, and the service is always excellent - friendly and caring employees. Some have been there for years. The tight parking lot buzzing with unsafe drivers and the crowded drive-thru were surprisingly not improved after a recent remodel, which are the only drawbacks to this location.“

“Camila was working the window this morning at least my bag had that name on it. She is beautiful, has brown hair, and butterfly tattoos. She completely made my day though. I was having a really hard morning and was literally in tears as I was trying to get my food and she was so sweet and supportive. She hyped me up and helped me be ready for the day. It was the kindest thing and really meant so much. It was an act of kindness that I really needed. She also worked quick and efficient still. The second my food was ready it was out the door and I was on my way. She deserves a raise!“

“me and my some of my soccer friends go here almost every day (monday-wednesday). we were delighted by Gio, who was a very nice and polite gentleman after we had a rough night. Great food fast with great service from their amazing staff. I've been to the restaurant multiple times while working in the area and my experience has been the same every time. Great!“

“Service definitely wasn't the best I've ever had at a Chik-fil-a, but not the worse. Team looked more enthralled in conversation than assisting. At least that's what was perceived. Did forget my side salad and bun change also, but no biggie.“

“Came here with my family last week and noticed an older woman that worked here falling asleep by the trash can by the playground. A customer approached her and asked if she was ok and when she woke she said “sorry I’m sleep deprived no sleep at all” and she was confused walking back and forth unsure what to do and asked if we wanted a refill. Her eyes were red and glossy and of course we all said no thank you because we noticed what had happened. I think it’s worth looking in to for safety.“

“My company has located to me to this area. And it’s super busy. I go to the drive thru at 7 am on June 11th
And there is a young lady there with green/blue braces busting her tail working with side of the drive thru by her self with a smile and the best attitude I have ever witnessed on somebody at 7 am
I wish I had caught her name but somebody take care of this young lady.

“Went today, and David was the epitome of Chick-fil-A service!!! From the minute he took my order, to in between customers, he genuinely cared. Great job.
That being said; I just got home and opened my sandwich; it’s cold, the chickens is tiny, and didn’t even have a pickle. I’m sad to have to change my rating from 5 to 3, but it happens. Going to call and see if they’ll fix it.“

“stopped by the drive thru today while on break for work and had a great experience. the employees were all friendly, welcoming, and genuinely positive. I wanna give a shoutout to Fay. Her warm smile, genuine kindness, and uplifting attitude turned a simple drive-thru visit into the highlight of my day. I didn’t catch the young gentleman’s name that handed me my food but he was also positive as well. It’s always nice to be greeted by people who seem to truly enjoy making customers feel welcome. Great service and great energy all around.“

“Overall chick-fil-a is always a safe choice to go to, you almost always know exactly what you're going to get when you go, whether it's good quality or serivce. Since it's a campus chick-fil-a you can't use the Chick-fil-a app and because of covid they only allow orders through GrubHub which charges fees making it quite a bit more expensive if you go there often as usually I get a 60¢+ fee with my $4.30 sandwich.The main reason I give this chick-fil-a 4 stars though is since they changed to only pickup some of the staff, seem new compared to previous semesters, and they arent nearly as polite as chick-fil-a normally is, they usually just hand the food and turn around and go about their business and don't say anything, even when I thank them and I always have to make sure they include the sauces I asked for on the app because some don't give any or napkins.Overall this chick-fil-a definitely isn't bad but it seems like some employees are slacking compared to the chick-fil-a standard most are accustomed to and the GrubHub fees are annoying because it's required to order now.“
