The order precision here is not as good as at other CFAs. I asked for a wrap with fried instead of grilled chicken, which I have gotten at other CFAs, but they said that was not possible. Then I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich only, but they instead charged and gave me a whole spicy chicken sandwich meal. Disappointed in the quality of the food. All the nuggets looked burned. One of our boxes of nuggets wasn't even full halfway because the nuggets were more like burnt crumbs that smelled strong of oil. I took it back to have replaced as well as get the drink they forgot to give us. They apologized after they saw what they gave us ..... they promptly gave us the drink they forgot and replaced the nuggets. Been really satisfied with the new remodeling. Service and food has been great. Food is still fresh and and the drive-thru is faster than the old layout. Will say the new layout is really nice.Dietary restrictions: Same.
