“Amazing ladies and gents that works there, my introvert young kids really enjoyed the interaction with the staff while ordering food at the counter, they felt confident and more independent with the patience and kindness of the lady that took our order. Not only the staffs, even the patrons there are so polite, friendly, happy people all around. It makes the dining experience so pleasant. Great job Chik fil a, we're your loyal customer now.“
“Egad! The owner of this Chick-fil-A should be so very proud of the most wonderful and exceptional people that they employ at this great restaurant. Not only it the food always so great at this restaurant, like many a Chick-fil-A across the USA but I would like to highlight three employees at the restaurant that are so amazing and should definitely receive kudos for their performance. First of all, Courtney one of the managers, truly stood out to me when I first encountered her as a front staff employee. She was oh so cordial and oh so very friendly. She handled my order with so much expedience and so much thoughtfulness. She had the best manners in my opinion and the other two employees really shined through with their performance. The second oh so thoughtful and so welcoming employee that I encountered was Giaanna the dining room host. She greeted me with such an incredibly warm welcome and went on to then ask to take my tray. She also further asked if she could get any condiments for me and amazingly asked me later in two occasions if she could refill my drink. How nice is that and how caring she was to me. At the end of the meal, I asked to speak to George the manager who was so kind and so comparing also to make sure that all of my dining needs were met. To me, the service I received was almost like service is described in the South as cornbread and chicken service, such down home good service like your Mom would give to you at home. In the future, I will continue to dine at the Chick-fil-A
on State Bridge in Alpharetta Georgia for their most wonderful food and so exceptional service! Thank you oh so much!“
“MILITARY DISCOUNT!!! This is the only location I found that offer military discount. If you're wearing your uniform then it jumps up to 50%. However, 25% is good! I thank this location for offering military discounts compared to any other locations closer to Atlanta, especially close to base. I will be coming back here again!“
“Chick-fil-a New Bern saved my party yesterday. I arrived 30 minutes before the party only to realize my catering order never went through on the app. Needed a large tray of 200 nuggets at 12:30 lunchtime on a Saturday. They had it ready in 10 minutes and provided extra sauces. I will forever be grateful to this location! They saved my sons birthday party!“
“Tonight I Came to Chick-fil-A with a group of 11 people. Liam was the cashier and he was patient and extremely helpful and kind to my social group Members. I cannot believe it was only his third day working!Kinsley Was also very helpful and cheery. I would highly recommend this Chick-fil-A.“

“Ok so here's the deal: every Chick-fil-A location deserves nothing less than 5 stars in every aspect unless something Earth shattering happened. Rating ANY Chick-fil-A less than 5 is like having resentment against Dolly. That is to say, that ain't happening.
With that said, I am not writing this review on the location (though they deserve the HIGHEST praise), but rather the customer service I received. I would like to give a super special shout-out to the drive through queen Ms. Symadia! My goodness this girl is on fire. Her personality and professionalism turned a quick stop during my lunch break into a one-of-a-kind personalized drive thru experience. You could tell she genuinely cared about making someone else's day better, and I hope this review returns a little of that energy. If management sees this, give her a raise and a hug. She deserves it ✌🏻“
