“We came in with a party of 10 to celebrate a graduation, and Dominic made our experience exceptional! Chick-fil-A is already known for its amazing customer service, but he truly went above and beyond. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone had everything they needed throughout our meal. Our orders were all correct, the food was fresh and delicious, and he checked on us without ever making us feel rushed. Managing a group our size isn't easy, but Dominic handled it with such professionalism and kindness. We hope he gets the recognition he deserves. I went through the drive thru on 7/11/2025 squalling because my dog was about to have to be put down because I couldn't afford to have her treated. Hollis was working & as I was ordering through tears, he very kindly opted not to charge me for the grilled nuggets/ice cream I was buying to give my dog one last yummy treat before she left me.
Then when I was crying at the pick up window another associate - I think his name was Charles - came over by my car and held my hand for a second.
You don't know how much those two interactions meant to me on a really terrible day I'll never forget.
