“I was looking for some recommendations since I live in South Georgia, I wanted something that felt like home since I was just touring Atlanta for the weekend. I went through the drive through and I couldn’t be more thankful for the employee that helped me, she gave me a brief run through the menu, asked if I had any allergies, and was just so jolly in general. I haven’t received this type of hospitality since I’ve moved, I remember her having a bright smile and her name is Iyana, at least that’s how it sounded I quite don’t remember the specific spelling. “I had a Chick-fil-A worker one Afternoon at this location, not even say hello or how can I help you in the drive-through. It felt confusing because customer service at Chick-fil-A is one of the best things they have, but I went ahead and ordered anyways. And then this morning I placed an order for breakfast at the drive-through and then when I got to the window, I forgot to Order an orange juice so I let the worker know kindly if I could please pay for an orange juice and I could tell she was bothered. She was quiet. She didn’t say yes or yes of course, she was just silent. This is Chick-fil-A and one thing I love about every Chick-fil-A is the warm energy and the Amazing customer service skills, but I feel like this is one location where twice already I have felt Something’s not right. Regardless, nothing too extreme and I like that it’s near my house. I will be back.“
“I would definitely recommend this store. I ordered food from them, and the delivery girl dropped it off in my apartment lobby. Unfortunately, someone stole my order. I messaged the delivery girl about what happened, and instead of just offering a refund, she actually came all the way back to my apartment to resolve the issue because I wanted my food, not the money back. “Our family visited Chick-fil-A on Ponce last evening, and it turned into one of the most memorable restaurant visits we’ve had in a long time. We happened to arrive on bingo night, and the kids absolutely loved it! It was so refreshing to see a restaurant putting real effort into building a sense of community instead of just focusing on serving food.
We’ve always liked coming to this location because it’s consistently clean, the staff members are genuinely friendly, and even during busy times it somehow feels less chaotic than other locations we’ve visited. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, which makes a big difference when you’re dining with kids.
But last night really sealed the deal for us. The bingo event created such a fun environment for families, and it was clear that the team here cares about bringing people together. It felt like more than just dinner—it felt like being part of something local and special.

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“

The staff at this location are so incredibly friendly, always cleaning the tables and the restaurant and checking to see if the guests need anything further with their orders.
The food is always hot and delicious and if there is ever an issue, they will fix it right away!

“This chick-fil-a is fast and reliable. Even though they go through probably double the orders of a normal chick-fil-a, they still get your food out to you in just a few minutes. If there are any errors, they are quick to fix them.
I see some comments hating on them, but all of my recent experiences have been great, and I go there at least once a week. It is a solid option between classes especially.“
“I've never ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered two of the grilled chicken sandwiches and the rolls were awful. Stale and they literally fell apart when we tried to pick them up. I returned them to the store and. I have to admit, the manager, Dexter, did a spectacular job of correcting the situation. I told him I didn't want another sandwich, just some grilled nuggets and chicken strips. Not only did he exchange the sandwiches for the new items, but he gave us the larger size of both AND gave us a refund. Now that's customer service!“
“this Chick-fil-A is right next to my work, for the past few years, I’ve ended up coming here quite a lot. A few times traffic has backed up onto the main road, but that’s mostly OK. until recently. apparently management switched out in. The new group doesn’t want to use the second drive-through lane at all. means not only are you sitting in the drive-through lane for like 10 minutes longer than you used to, so now every day traffic backs out onto the main road and significantly blocks it. this strange management decision is the only reason i’m docking it a star and i hope it changes in the future“

“I ordered on the app on my walk to this location from the GA World Congress Center. Location is connected to the College Football Hall of Fame. My food was ready about 2 mins after I arrived. I ordered a regular spicy chicken sandwich, and actually received a deluxe spicy sandwich, so no complaints at all! Fries were hot & fresh. I was just trying to catch them before they closed for the day. The only thing I would change is for them to have standard operating hours equal to other CFA locations, instead of them closing at 6pm.“
