“I would like to show my gratitude to Ms Carla L who served me, my military Card kept declining and I was starving but she did her magic and the scanner accepted the card. She tried multiples before it work and I’m thankful to her for that. She should be a trainer to train other employees with her type of patience.

“I never review airport spots but this was some of the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had. You could tell the tomatoes and lettuce were crisp and fresh, probably because it’s such a popular spot with high turnover. Solid layover meal. Also don’t be deterred by the line, they move pretty fast“

“I was looking for some recommendations since I live in South Georgia, I wanted something that felt like home since I was just touring Atlanta for the weekend. I went through the drive through and I couldn’t be more thankful for the employee that helped me, she gave me a brief run through the menu, asked if I had any allergies, and was just so jolly in general. I haven’t received this type of hospitality since I’ve moved, I remember her having a bright smile and her name is Iyana, at least that’s how it sounded I quite don’t remember the specific spelling. “I had a Chick-fil-A worker one Afternoon at this location, not even say hello or how can I help you in the drive-through. It felt confusing because customer service at Chick-fil-A is one of the best things they have, but I went ahead and ordered anyways. And then this morning I placed an order for breakfast at the drive-through and then when I got to the window, I forgot to Order an orange juice so I let the worker know kindly if I could please pay for an orange juice and I could tell she was bothered. She was quiet. She didn’t say yes or yes of course, she was just silent. This is Chick-fil-A and one thing I love about every Chick-fil-A is the warm energy and the Amazing customer service skills, but I feel like this is one location where twice already I have felt Something’s not right. Regardless, nothing too extreme and I like that it’s near my house. I will be back.“

“I would definitely recommend this store. I ordered food from them, and the delivery girl dropped it off in my apartment lobby. Unfortunately, someone stole my order. I messaged the delivery girl about what happened, and instead of just offering a refund, she actually came all the way back to my apartment to resolve the issue because I wanted my food, not the money back. She returned with a fresh order and made sure I received it. Truly appreciate the amazing customer service and kindness!“

“Peace be upon this location. Just came from a pilgrimage in Ethiopia and was craving ChickFila. So happy i came to this location in Lenox Mall because Avery was so friendly and welcoming even while with another customer yet being attentive to that said customer. “Got a couple of breakfast sandwiches. First the order was messed up. But the food was cold and not well done. The service at the drive through was good. But the food quality needs to be improved. Maybe the breakfast is the one that needs improvement“

“This is a wonderful and very busy Chick-Fil-A!

The drive-thru is always packed but they operate it just like clock work, quickly and efficiently!

The staff at this location are so incredibly friendly, always cleaning the tables and the restaurant and checking to see if the guests need anything further with their orders.

The food is always hot and delicious and if there is ever an issue, they will fix it right away!

Excellent Chick-Fil-A right in my current neighborhood! Five stars from me!“

“Food is always good. They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“

“this Chick-fil-A is right next to my work, for the past few years, I’ve ended up coming here quite a lot. A few times traffic has backed up onto the main road, but that’s mostly OK. until recently. apparently management switched out in. The new group doesn’t want to use the second drive-through lane at all. means not only are you sitting in the drive-through lane for like 10 minutes longer than you used to, so now every day traffic backs out onto the main road and significantly blocks it. this strange management decision is the only reason i’m docking it a star and i hope it changes in the future“

“This chick-fil-a is fast and reliable. Even though they go through probably double the orders of a normal chick-fil-a, they still get your food out to you in just a few minutes. If there are any errors, they are quick to fix them.

I see some comments hating on them, but all of my recent experiences have been great, and I go there at least once a week. It is a solid option between classes especially.“

“I've never ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered two of the grilled chicken sandwiches and the rolls were awful. Stale and they literally fell apart when we tried to pick them up. I returned them to the store and. I have to admit, the manager, Dexter, did a spectacular job of correcting the situation. I told him I didn't want another sandwich, just some grilled nuggets and chicken strips. Not only did he exchange the sandwiches for the new items, but he gave us the larger size of both AND gave us a refund. Now that's customer service!“

“I had to stop at Chick-fil-A for the restroom and wanted to grab food on my way home. There was no long line everything was moving smoothly and it was clean. The employees were all kind, and everyone was being tended to respectfully.

Although I walked with a cane, she made me feel seen - offering assistance with me to the restroom was big. It was major because I was treated wrong in the past by a nurse in a hospital who would not help me to the bathroom because of prejudgment.

Mechia Brown Should be the individual to retrain all of the Atlanta locations, this young lady knows how to treat a human being- She even walked me to my car with the food and drinks because I was unable to carry it along with my cane.

Oh wow, I almost forgot to mention she sat with me and helped me to Place my order in the Chick-fil-A app and helped me to redeem the cookies for the day when she noticed I was standing in Pain She offered a seat. I said thank you so much because you know, I often forget to sit down even when I’m in pain.

At the end of our interaction, I asked her if she could get the manager for me because I wanted to leave a compliment and she said oh I’m the manager we laughed because I said I should’ve known because of the way you carried yourself, dress shoes and uniform, well mannered etc“

“I ordered on the app on my walk to this location from the GA World Congress Center. Location is connected to the College Football Hall of Fame. My food was ready about 2 mins after I arrived. I ordered a regular spicy chicken sandwich, and actually received a deluxe spicy sandwich, so no complaints at all! Fries were hot & fresh. I was just trying to catch them before they closed for the day. The only thing I would change is for them to have standard operating hours equal to other CFA locations, instead of them closing at 6pm.“
