Took the kiddos to the Beltline and of course they wanted Chick-fil-A as usual. Getting to this location wasn't the easiest feat. We ended up parking on Kennesaw Ave and walked to the restaurant. First observation was the Atlanta Police officer/security that welcomed us in. This place is a madhouse and not up to Chick-fil-A standards. The operator Jamerian is never around and this place lacks leadership. I’ve been here about a dozen times since it’s nearby and almost every time has been a disappointment. It always takes a long time to order especially the drive through. Today it took me 5 minutes just to order with employees running around everywhere. The food quality is not consistent but acceptable. Expect to wait even more for your food to...read full review
Been multiple times (dining in) over the last 6 months. Food always came out very fast, but the best part is the service.Everyone has a smile, everyone is willing to help, everyone will offer to take your trash or refill your drink if they see it's running low. And this is supposed to be mostly a drive through! Great employees.
