Customer service is hit or miss, same as the quality of the ice cream. The ONLY thing spot on is the donuts.I want again today and again they refuse to make a shake. She explained that they have already done the cleaning for the night. At 9:30 pm but they close at 12 am
This location has the worst customer service at the ice cream part of the store, 4 people working at the drive thru some other person came in and didint serve her either we asked for service and didint serve us still so we walked out because we waited atleast 10 minutes there. Since these new people came Before them weve never had issues with the customer service until today
