Some days good. Some days bad. Consistency is lacking at this location. One thing they consistently get wrong are the fries, either cold, oily or has no taste (i.e, salt). I have been here a lot because I live a few minutes away). I have gotten great quality fries maybe three times. The workers have been pleasant most of the time. The sandwiches have always been hot and tasty, chicken nuggets on the other hand have been near cold quite a bit.

What's not to love. This is probably one of the most efficient drive through. Get your food promptly and at the right temperature.Vegetarian options: Fries, Salads Mac and cheese
I’ve been using this location for a few months now and am always impressed!! I’m usually going through and getting large orders for my team at work and the order has been correct 100% of the time and many times people comment saying they made “the best” chicken biscuits they’ve ever had from Chick-fil-A. Today I got 25 biscuits, some regular some spicy, and 22 assorted parfaits and fruit cups and they got it out to me quick! Everything was hot and fresh and served with a smile. Very impressed by this location.

I must preface this scathing review by stating that I have always held Chick-fil-A in the highest esteem, touting their exceptional customer service and delectable culinary offerings. However, my most recent visit to the establishment, specifically the location where Zach L. was on duty, left me utterly flabbergasted and disillusioned.Upon entering the premises, I was greeted by Zach L., whose countenance was as welcoming as a thunderstorm on a sunny day. His disposition was utterly disagreeable, exuding an air of apathy and disdain. I innocently placed my order, anticipating the customary warmth and hospitality synonymous with Chick-fil-A. Alas, Zach L.'s response was a far cry from the expected standard.With a tone as pleasant as fingernails on a chalkboard, he snidely inquired if I desired to "make it a meal." I acquiesced, whereupon he gruffly demanded my drink order. The tenor of our interaction was as cordial as a root canal sans anesthesia. I felt as though I was an inconvenience, a fly buzzing around his head, disrupting his otherwise lethargic afternoon.As I waited for my order, I observed Zach L.'s interactions with other patrons, and it became evident that his attitude was not an isolated incident. His comportment was consistently brusque, bordering on belligerent. The ambiance of the restaurant, once warm and inviting, was now as frosty as a winter's eve.Upon receiving my order, I was taken aback by the sheer incompetence displayed by Zach L. My drink was incorrectly prepared, and the food was handed to me with all the finesse of a sledgehammer. The coup de grâce was the realization that my order was incomplete, lacking the essential sauce that I had specifically requested.In conclusion, my experience at Chick-fil-A, under the "care" of Zach L., was an unmitigated disaster. His attitude was as acrid as a cup of vinegar, and his service was as inept as a squirrel attempting to navigate a maze blindfolded. I implore the management to address this egregious display of incompetence and apathy, lest they risk tarnishing the once-sterling reputation of their establishment.

Took the kiddos to the Beltline and of course they wanted Chick-fil-A as usual. Getting to this location wasn't the easiest feat. We ended up parking on Kennesaw Ave and walked to the restaurant. First observation was the Atlanta Police officer/security that welcomed us in. Not our usual cup of tea but perhaps not unusual for the city/area.Staff greeted us and per usual, it was their pleasure.Small dining area but we found a row of chairs along the window with a view of the city. Meal delivered and shortly after, a member came by to check on us and see if we needed anything else... the usual Chick-fil-A service we've grown to expect.Other than the parking situation and the security thing, all went well.
