We were staying in the neighborhood on a trip and wanted something to eat for the family that wasn't burgers or fried chicken tenders. This place was great! All the sides were hot and tasty and it was a great value for us and our kids. Plenty of parking as well.
Tried out this place based upon the reviews. It looks like a little hole in the wall kind of place. I was hesitant to go inside but I am glad I did. The special was bq chicken, which gives you a half a chicken. I also ordered corn on the cob and mashed potatoes with gravy. The meat peeled from the bone and was so tender. Affordable and classic. Simple and delicious. We decided to take our 19 year old to an Atlanta staple, since she is going to college here now. The jerk chicken was fantastic, falling off the bone. The meatloaf was delicious and sweet, The chili was seasoned perfectly and the cornbread was as perfect as classic cornbread can be. Next time you're hungry, try EATS!
