The customer service is awesome! The drinks I usually get are Frappuccinos (in particular the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino) and they do it just how I like it! I love caramel and the crunches that come with it. So I usually ask for extra of both and they go above my expectations which is marvelous. Definitely love the consistency of how I like my drink.
