Service was very slow. No soda available. Staff were standoffish and unfriendly.
The lord's chicken
Grab a quick meal for my kiddo, the wait was a lil long, but patience is a virtue. Loved to see the young adults working. GOD BLESS!

Chick-fil-A is known for its friendly and caring staff, making every visit a positive experience. Customers often praise the team members for their kindness, politeness, and willingness to go above and beyond. Nia, in particular, stands out for her warm attitude, making guests feel welcome and even sharing laughs, which brightens the day. Patrice at the drive-in is also recognized for her personable and polite service, showing a true team spirit and dedication to customer satisfaction. The staff's helpfulness is evident, such as when a team member offered to make a new burger without hesitation or when an associate noticed a customer had a dog and provided a PUP CUP, adding a special touch to the visit. The service is generally fast and smooth, even during crowded times. The food quality is good, though some reviews mention inconsistency, such as too much whipped cream on milkshakes or missing condiments. Overall, Chick-fil-A is appreciated not only for its tasty food but especially for its exceptional customer service, which keeps customers returning for a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
