So fantastic that Mikaela demonstrated an enthusiasm for president trump. Mikaela is a star,a leader and is all over the news.I am so proud of her. Wish I could order a sandwich but alas,I'm in so. California.

I thought I only had one ranch dressing when I looked in the bag and didn’t see it right away I didn’t know that was an issue, so I asked for another she said 54cents. I’ve never even heard of Chick-fil-A charging for something like that then I said do I have to pay cash as I kept looking in my bag then I saw the extra dressing she said are you sure you don’t have two dressings then I said never mind I see it she said yeah I know and laughed with the other girl at the window in a smart tone I will never go back bad customer service.

The attendant taking orders outside was on her cell phone. I managed to place my order and upon receiving my food from the takeout window my order was incorrect. I received a different salad other than what I ordered. In addition, I requested an additional avocado lime ranch salad dressing which I never received. The attendant at the drive through window wasn't nice at all when I advised her that my order was incorrect. This Chick-fil-A establishment is totally different from any other that I've visited. No smiles & nor pleasantries. I'm wondering if everyone receives the same type of training.

Unfortunately I understand why they have 3.7 stars. I sat in line for 15 mins waiting to be greeted. I asked Makayla(the outside employee) what was going on & she proceeded to stare at me as if I was the problem. 30 seconds later She then goes to say”they were doing something,” whatever that meant. This Chick Fil A needs to work on hiring people who want to work & that understands the importance of customer service. Hate to say this but this why we prefer to go in the more prestigious neighborhoods fast food restaurants to receive better customer service. We love Chick-fil-A let’s do better in the black neighborhoods please. We’re spending our money with the company.

Sadly, I've got to stop giving this location my business and time. I have been a loyal customer since it's opening. Over the past 6 months or so, I've noticed a steady decline in customer service and food quality. Today was the last straw! Exceedingly long waits in the drive thru, quality of customer service and incorrect orders seem to be the latest trend. Where is adult management? Who is checking orders to ensure that they are correct? Why is it now impossible to get half sweet/half unsweet tea at this location? When ordering I'm very specific about the cut tea. When I get to the window, the tea is either ALL unsweet OR half sweet/half lemonade. I've never experienced this mishap at other locations. It seems to be a training issue. Oh, did I mention that lately my drink orders don't have ice? Do you now have to ask for ice? Food orders have been messed up as well. Fried chicken on salad when specifically asked for grilled, no condiments and cold food. Going forward, these issues have forced me to drive a few miles out of the way for good service and food. As I stated, this is not a one time experience. I feel that I've given this location way too many opportunities to get it right. I am being very generous with my rating. They deserve less.

This location used to be very good. Within the past couple of months that I have been here it has really gone down hill. The customer service is SO NASTY!!!! Since when did they start turning into McDonald’s? They have been messing a up orders… the drive through keeps getting slower and slower??? Like it doesn’t make any sense? What has happened to this place???

Literally the worst experience EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail?!?? Drive thru takes forever. Even with mobile order. Even once you get to the window you usually have to pull into a spot. The order will ALWAYS be missing something. Get a salad? NO FORK NO DRESSING NO TOPPINGS. Nuggets? NO SAUCE. LITERALLY EVERY

I frequent this location often. It’s convenient to work, home, school. Out of all of my visits Jenya had got my order wrong 3 times! Twice in one day breakfast/lunch then have this weird facial expression like I’m wrong. I know we are all human & make mistakes, but please treat your repeated customers better.
