Rating this CFA biscuit a 9.5/10. It’s squared cut which I’m not mad about. Buttery softness and the proportional size to the center circle of the wrapper is a key indication of a proper size biscuit 9/10. The chicken is up to the edges of the biscuit and as much as I like overhang it’s a clean distribution 10/10.
