Great customer service,high standard.
I had a really great experience at this Chick-fil-A! I especially want to recognize an employee named Persis (I apologize if I’m spelling her name incorrectly). Chick-fil-A provides great service with polite staff, maintaining good vibes even during busy times. The food is always perfect, and the atmosphere is bright and cheery. Although it can be busy and slow at times, the restaurant remains efficient, making it a welcoming spot that feels like family to its frequent customers. The drive-thru line is kept moving, even during high traffic, which is commendable and helps ensure a positive customer experience. This dedication to efficiency is appreciated, particularly during peak hours. Customers have noted that some staff members, like Kameisha, bring an exceptional positive attitude, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, there have been mentions of inconsistent service, such as missing items in orders and lukewarm fries. Despite these occasional issues, the restaurant continues to attract plenty of business, reflecting its strong reputation.
