I love Chick-fil-A and I like to eat it most mornings before work. But this location customer service is very poor! I placed an order in drive thru, I ordered a chicken biscuit combo and realized when I got to work that I received a sausage biscuit. I called them and the manager just told me to come back up there with the receipt to remake it. I was already headed to work . It was so inconvenient to drive back 15 mins for a sandwich when they could have gave me a courtesy meal or something to accommodate my time. They were very rude when I got to the drive thought like I’m the one in the wrong. They didn’t even remake my drink that was watered down because they said I drunk some of it. Like I can’t even get a courtesy drink for receiving a wrong order and having to waste gas to get it remade. The manager Derek had a nasty attitude along with his employees. It shows because if the manager is rude , of course the whole establishment is run the same way. I will be finding another location. Even if it’s further!!

This is the first review I have left for an establishment for years. I went through the drive through and once I pulled up to get my food I asked for a chick fil a sauce and Buffalo. When driving away I realized it wasn't in the bag. I pulled back in, walked in and and went inside. I was then greated by a very cold MiMi (operations manager), I got her name from the nametag. She very rudely let me know that they aren't trying to give sauces away due to the productivity of the store. I let her know that I already asked for one when I was through the drive through but she still remained cold and unhelpful. Not okay. Even if the store is enforcing that protocol, you do not have to say it in a rude manner.

This is the slowest chik filet Ive ever been too!!!! Not enough people working the line confusing how to join the line...usually staff is friendly at establishments... I got no greeting and the young lady who took my order looked worn out and not friendly at all...NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

They don't reserve even one star for service , I been eating from this food chain from past couple years , I know what there menu look like I asked for an grilled fillet on my salad which I eat once a week and this girl name Danni who was taking my order she was so rude to me she said we don't have it in menu without even looking at it .This cascade location need new team .Dietary restrictions: they need to trained employees with menu

Dropped by this location traveling upstate and wow what a great restaurant and the team was so nice and hospitable. They didn’t rush or make me feel like I was an inconvenience real customer service will return again when visiting the area.
