“Excellent service, super clean, and a hit with kids!
This North Decatur Chick-fil-A location is consistently top-tier. The dining room is spacious, incredibly clean, and well-lit. If you have small kids, the indoor playroom is a massive plus and always seems well-maintained. The service here is just as polite and attentive as you’d expect from the franchise, and the food comes out fast and piping hot. They even have a neat little delivery robot that brings food to the tables inside, which is a fun touch! It gets crowded during peak lunch hours, but the staff handles the volume effortlessly.“
“I like the ladies in the morning they are so cool they know me when I come laugh out loud. The service be great sometimes my order gets messed up but they always end up fixing it the next time I come cause they know I'm coming back SMH.“
“Very nice service at this Chick-fil-A but the park and order is not really my style. They mixed up my order briefly with another car, but it was straightened out. No complaints just not a fan of the layout. Once I got the right order, everything was correct and seemed pretty fresh.“
