“Chef Vee is absolutely amazing! I’m a bit late on my review, but I have used her services twice. Both times were amazing and for a week in duration. All of the dishes were delicious and healthy. There were a variety of meals, including chicken, beef, salmon, shrimp, pasta, rice, potatoes, and vegetables. All were well portioned, balanced, and seasoned well. Even my 9 year old son and my foodie husband loved them. I will definitely continue to use her services, and I highly recommend that you give her a try as well.“

“Everyone was so easy to work with and the food was delicious. Our guests raved about the food and many commented that it was the best food they had ever had at an event. We also loved having the option to do unlimited tapas. This worked really well for our party, because not everyone arrived at the same time, and folks came and went throughout the night. From the get-go, Vince wanted to make sure we had everything the way we wanted it. He listened to our vision for the kind of food we wanted and sent us a sample menu with the promise that we could change up anything after the tasting. I came in with my teenage son for a tasting and Vince treated him like a grown-up, valuing his input and making adjustments in the food from changing the dressing to the amount of spice or salt in a dish. The communication was easy and response time was great. The staff who worked our outdoor event--Maria, the bartender, and Travis and Marvin--who managed the food truck--were exceptional, going above and beyond expectations. Travis brought me dessert (seeing that I was too busy to come by myself), and even sent me photos he had snapped during the event. Marvin and Travis also created a special tray of food for some guests who were going to arrive after the food truck had gone. When we were setting up for the party, Maria helped put out table cloths when she saw we were running late. Everyone was always smiling, and they made our event truly special. “Ann and her amazing team - Charles, and others - catered my father's 90th birthday celebration (about 100 people!) at the Carlos Museum at Emory University as well as a brunch the following day. We joked with my dad that it was his 90th bar mitzvah! Fast forward a year and a half later and I rang Ann to help cater my father's memorial service. On the wedding day, they prompt and ready to go! While it was a busy day, everyone on the Proof team moved with seamless agility. “Atlanta Pizza Truck was the biggest hit at our new years eve wedding! We wanted something different than traditional wedding food and they made our wedding dinner AMAZING! Everyone is so beyond nice (shout out to Sofia!). The pizza is so delicious and everyone loved it! We had a little hiccup with the original way we were going to do our food (we had originally planned to have the blue truck but when we had really bad weather last December and some pipes issues, it caused some damage to the truck right before our date. Stupid cold weather haha!) but Sofia’s prompt response and problem solving was great and they made everything work out beautifully and perfectly as if nothing had happened :)! Absolutely will be using them again at my future events!“
