The Beef Brisket Sliders and the Fried Burbon Chicken Bites were big hits, along with the Excellent Cheese Tray, Spinach Dip with Flat Breads. Also the Minature Pastries were just the right touch. “Everything! Ms.Debbie McGee cooked for me for 8 weeks during a time of recouping form two broke ankles! Between her healthy cooking and oil on my ankles. I healed in less than 9 weeks. It baffled the Doctors! I highly recommend Debbie! She is also a graduate of HOPE Program and did very well in classes. She is one of our success stories and we are very proud of how much she has accomplished! Congratulations Debbie! God Bless you! I miss you! If you see our girl Nikki give her a hug for me!“
“We hired Gyro Chef Mediterranean for a client appreciation event and Ali was WONDERFUL to work with! He was quick to respond (typically within 24 hours), professional, and timely! We had 150 guests and he and his crew handled it with ease and without delays. They showed up on time, communicated headcount as the night went on, and all our clients LOVED the food! So very yummy! It’s not always easy to please a large group, but they did an incredible job. We received so many compliments from our employees, and there was plenty of food for everyone to enjoy. “Gwen and her team are incredible! They catered our daughters wedding and from the initial call, emails, taste testing until the clean up the night of, G & W Catering was responsive, accommodating, easy to work with and we were impressed from start to finish. The meat and chicken were warm and tender, the vegetables and salad fresh and tasty, drinks prepared and kept full; cake service was gracious and thorough. All the food was delicious!
Gwen and her staff were kind, considerate, and respectful with guests, answering questions and serving with a smile. Setup was timely and presentation was professional and pretty. Breakdown was steady and again, took guests into consideration as to not rush anyone or get in the way of the reception. We had numerous guests comment the night of and weeks after how much they enjoyed seeing everyone at the wedding... and then how good the food was! We are so appreciative of Gwen taking her catering business seriously, the professionalism that goes with that, and going over specifics and details to ensure our needs and wants were met. We are so grateful to have had her services, and how Gwen and her staff went above and beyond our expectations!
If the opportunity were to arise, we would hire her again in a heartbeat! All the little details that matter...

“Thank you for catering out staff lunch ❤️ the food was AMAZING. The creamy roasted chicken and mushrooms is out of this world! It paired heavenly with the Mac and cheese. The roasted vegetables were cut nice and thick, seasoned well, and perfectly cooked. Definitely one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Thank you ❤️“
