A month and a half out from our wedding we found ourselves in a really bad situation with a wedding coordinator we had been working with since the beginning of our engagement and were left without a coordinator, and our wedding plans basically up in the air due to budget issues. Kristi literally came to our rescue and made the last month of wedding planning stress free. Saying that she went above and beyond for us, does not even give what she did for us justice. We were complete strangers when we met. She had no reason to do all that she did for us, other than her love for wedding coordinating and her genuine desire to give her couples the wedding day that they dream of. She was so considerate about how she gave her opinions, always making sure her opinion reflected what she thought was best for us, and not what would be best for her business or her image. He was very easy to communicate with, and thought of little details we may need to coordinate to help our event run smoothly. “We used Firefly for drop-off catering services for our microwedding in 2025. It started with a tasting at their home where the food was incredible. There were some tweaks we asked them to make which were all made by wedding day. They were also very open to making the changes we asked for from the original menu. Even if something is not listed on their online menu, they are willing to work with you to see if it's something they can do. The execution day of was slightly off schedule but everything was ready by reception time and we were none the wiser until after the wedding thanks to our coordinator. Over the last couple of years they've changed their culinary team and OMG they are freaking amazing now yet still have awesome pricing! The one dish that they weren't great at was always the roast beef but now it is spectacular! In fact it's probably the best there is! I asked the chef about it and he explained their involved cooking method which I'd never heard of but please keep doing it! I can't wait to have it again! “Update. Picked up 3 lunch orders today. Chicken breast sandwich was perfectly cooked and huge. Not a Sloppy Joe Sandwich was delicious and a pork and pulled chicken plate was very good. The deserts won today. The Chocolate Cake was amazing and delicious. Then there was the Cherry Cobbler. WOW! That had to be the best cobbler I have ever eaten. Bits of sugary dough almost like candy and delicious dark cherries. I would order it again any time. Both deserts were larger than expected. The servings accurately reflected the pictures. We don't usually order desert but today's was outstanding!

Today I ordered the Burnt Ends Pork Belly. It was delicious. Well cooked on the outside and tender on the inside. The glaze was a nice addition. Green beans and corn pudding were outstanding. One other diner enjoyed the pulled pork and turkey combo with the above sides.

Ordered online today. Ready for pickup on time. The pork was delicious with the right amount of smoke. It was tender and juicy with some great blackened skin. Corn pudding is very good along with the potato salad and hush puppies. I will be back.“
