“I am from Charleston where we don't have alot of filipino food option so when we went on Atlanta, I searched for filipino food and this is the first one that came up. We ordered shrimp lumpia for appetizer which was disappointing. It was naked shrimp on a wrapper. I am expecting that it will have some veggies or anything in it inside but none other than a naked shrimp. It's tastes okay, fresh from the fryer but I was expecting something more which is my bad. I got Crispy Pata and Bicol Express for mains. They are the highlight of the meal. Crispy pata is soooo crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The flavors are really on point and it is presented nicely. Bicol Express came out sizzling hot. The pork is soft and it is very flavorful. As expected, it is oily because of the coconut milk but the dish is supposed to be like that. Love the gentle heat on it too and the extra chicharon on top. We got ube cake flan and it was really small. You need to get 2 for each person to be satisfied but it is really good. It is not too sweet and the cake is really fluffy. I took a star out because of the ube cake flan being so little and the naked shrimp on wrapper. Our experience is pretty good. Ambience is super nice, it makes you feel like you are in Philippines. Service is not too bad. You need to order from your phone and they dont really check on you often because there is alot of people. It is understandable. So far, better than what we have at chs.“

“Visited on a nice spring evening and sat outside and enjoyed our meal. They have a wonderful bbq menu with a mix of Tex Mex. After ordering drinks we ordered nacho appetizer and the plantains. The nachos were great and all five of us cleared the platter. The plantains were very good. The table ordered pulled pork, ribs, pork sandwich, and fantastic sides. Our waiter said his favorite is the Brunswick stew and a couple of us ordered and were very happy we took his advice. The service was great and our waiter couldn't have been better. Great meal!“

My usual place was too far out so I decided to pull up Yelp and find a closer spot. This place wasn't close from where I was but there were cars in the lot so I trusted it. I was very pleased with my oxtails and rice. She gave me more gravy on the rice and peas and I enjoyed the well seasoned cabbage. If I'm ever in the area, I'd definitely visit again.“

After the pandemic, they came back and there was little change to the quality of the product or service provided. When I changed jobs in 2020, Corporate Caterers came with me now my new Executive Assistant partners use them as well. I highly recommend them for your catering needs!“

“Had a late lunch there and rush was over. It had been a while sine I had eaten there and sandwiches was as good as I remembered. The menu has expanded but I stayed with the standard Smoked Turkey sandwich, chips and a drink. Place was clean as was the Ladies Room. Easy access to drinks and napkins. “Was there a management change recently?? I got the Yum Yum Shrimp and Chicken lo mein yesterday and neither was what I have gotten before. The yum yum shrimp were basically over battered small shrimp with a side of sauce in a container. This was not at all what I’ve ordered before. The chicken in the lo mein usually is very chunky, juicy and very flavorful, therefore putting it a step above other Chinese takeout places. This was not the case this time. It looked and tasted like every other takeout spot. The chicken was shaved very thin, had no flavor and there were way too many vegetables mixed in. Very disappointed and won’t be going back.“
