Nicole is so sweet, professional, and was so kind to work with for our wedding cakes! When we tried the sample cakes, which were adorable and delicious, we knew Gingerspice would be the one! We wanted a delicious, unique wedding cake and Gingerspice was absolutely the right choice! Nicole was so easy to work with and created the most outstanding cake for us. It tasted amazing and was so beautifully decorated. We also requested a small cake to celebrate a grandfather's birthday and 100 pumpkin, apple, peach pie tarts for our wedding. Everything Gingerspice made was unbelievably fantastic! We cannot recommend this bakery enough!
