We wanted a delicious, unique wedding cake and Gingerspice was absolutely the right choice! Nicole was so easy to work with and created the most outstanding cake for us. It tasted amazing and was so beautifully decorated. We also requested a small cake to celebrate a grandfather's birthday and 100 pumpkin, apple, peach pie tarts for our wedding. Everything Gingerspice made was unbelievably fantastic! We cannot recommend this bakery enough!

She offers many great flavors and gluten free options. I sent her ideas for our wedding cake and she was very helpful with suggestions. She also let me make last minute changes to our cakes. Our wedding cakes turned out so beautiful, just like we envisioned! We got many compliments from our guests about how yummy the cakes were and the buttercream is amazing! Can't get anyone to respond to emails and no one ever answers the phone. I tried for a month to get in touch with them because my wedding planner recommended this bakery. I even had someone else email them requesting info to make sure something wasn't wrong on my end. It's poor customer service.

My daughter and I had the most wonderful afternoon tea. The food was delicious and everyone was so friendly. We wanted to go back the moment we left. I think this would be a perfect venue for a shower or luncheon also.
