“Catering Concepts catered Breakfast with Santa this morning at Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children's Shelter. The individual who was in charge of delivery and set up was on time and in a Catering Concepts jacket (so I knew who he was). He was professional and quick. They provided a breakfast buffet of the French toast casserole (amazing!), hash brown casserole (the best!), eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, and a beverage station. People were going back for 2nd and 3rd helpings because the food was so good. Not only do I give them 5 stars for the taste and professionalism, it is also for having a heart to serve and help their local community.“
“First things first, our food was DELICIOUS. We went with a plated dual entree with chicken, beef medallions and vegetables; it was the best chicken I’ve ever had at an event and our guests agreed. Garrett was such a pleasure to work with, even with several revisions to our plans (guests counts, buffet vs plated, glassware, etc.); he never missed a beat and we felt total confidence in the Zest team. I would not hesitate to recommend Zest for your next event or upcoming wedding, they really knocked it out of the park. And they even sent us home with a goodie bag of take home food.“

“I want to tell everyone about Step by Step. We attended my husband's Cousin Wedding last Friday evening and it was beautiful as was expected. What I did not expect was how Amazing the Catering would be. The staff was very friendly yet professional and they worked and moved so graceful. I saw carrot soufflé on the menu and took a small scoop but quickly sent my husband back for seconds. The Kahlua whipped cream for the fresh fruit was amazing! and during cocktail hour the smoked salmon mousse was to die for. The staff served and cleaned and were never in the way but always present. My only regret is not living in GA to order on a regular, but I will have to figure out how to get them to the west coast. Job well done Step by Step everything was perfect from start to finish.“

“I am so glad I found this gem!! I just moved to Atlanta from Boston (where there’s Haitian food everywhere) so I was little bummed out that there aren’t really Haitian spots out here. But my girlfriend found this place on IG and sent it my way. I ordered online and got the griot plate which comes with the diri kole (rice and beans) and the banan peze (fried plantains) with a side of salad and pikliz. Also ordered a side of the j*** chicken pasta which came with some delicious bread, my order also came with a lemonade and it was one of the best lemonade I ever had. EVERYTHING was delicious the griot was cooked very well still nice and tender people tend to overcook griot but this here was perfect! Portion is great! It’s a 10/10 for me and will not mind making that 30+ minute drive in Atlanta traffic to get it.My only suggestion would be to give the sauce on the side as opposed to putting it on the rice and having Dressing for the salad.Thank you Ted for a great meal, you definitely have a frequent customer now.“

Its way way to much apple cider vinegar something in it I bought some your barbecue and your sauce here in Atlanta Georgia at a farmers market went home put it together can't eat it cuz the sauce is too vinegar. But the meat was perfect“

“I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a half rack of ribs and that's what I got. The only ribs that taste better than theirs, are the ones that I make at home.😂 I also tried their chicken and brisket and those were just as good❤ I haven't eaten on the inside so I can't tell you anything about the atmosphere. The peach cobbler is fantastic and they are very generous with it. The coleslaw was good - not too sweet and not over creamy. The the ONLY thing I didn't like was a Mac & chz. Theirs was too salty so I threw that away. Five out of six ain't too bad. Sorry I forgot to take photos. I was hungry. I will return.“

From the moment we booked 6 months out, Gerise answered every email and phone call, guided us with food and beverage so we'd have the right mix and amount, and worked so smoothly with all our vendors. “We crave fried catfish on a regular basis; my husband is from Mississippi, where catfish rules! NO CHIX ALLOWED serve’s mouthwatering, perfectly prepared, fresh, fried catfish and steak fries! It is scrumptious! We will be stopping by every Friday night to start our weekend. Next time, we might try some fresh tilapia or salmon —in addition to another order of catfish. We chose the SEXY COOL DIPPING SAUCE, and that a winner, too! NO CHIX ALLOWED is located in THE FOOD HUB at Sam’s Crossing on E Ponce de Leon in Avondale Estates. Take out only. GIVE THEM A TRY!
