Fantastic, and delicious, way to learn how to smoke. Not only does Chef Andrew and his team teach you how to do it right with amazing recipes and techniques they also include "the anatomy of the Egg" so that you get to know how much charcoal to use, types of chips, to soak or not to soak, and how to control the temperature. Delicious course - thanks Chef!
Thoroughly enjoyed a Big Green Egg bootcamp this past weekend! Chef Andrew and his staff were entertaining, knowledgeable and generous hosts. Walked away with great recipes & tips. Kitchen is spotless and well organized. Highly recommend!!
