“Super cute little spot with a really flavorful Pho Bo that exceeded my expectations! The broth was great, but the brisket was the standout for me. Super tender and honestly tasted like a really high-quality cut of meat.

It came with pickled garlic, hot sauce and all the fixins on the side, which the sliced pickled garlic was unique was a nice touch and something I’m told is consistent with Northern Vietnamese cuisine. Adding that to the brisket and noodles was a home run!

They also gave me a sesame donut to try, and it was exceptional. Really light and airy with sesame seeds on the outside and a great flavor.

Beyond the food, the people here were incredibly cool and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Really cool little spot that I’m looking forward to coming back to and exploring more of the menu soon!“
