C. Parks catered my wedding and people are still talking about the food to this day. They were incredibly easy to work with, flexible and professional. They were strategic and thoughtful - ensuring the passed and plated food was seasonal and easy to eat in a gown or tux. Each dish had fun southern flare; I loved having unique touches that stood out.
