“Don't get me wrong, Chic-fil-a is all about efficiency and they do it very well. Especially, for the quality of the food. However, as of late, I have been receiving orders in the drive through where things were left out. Im not talking about condiments, napkins, etc. I am talking about, sandwiches, or a drink, or, oh no! 😱 my kids ice dream cup! None of this, I repeat, none of this has kept me from returning. They always, graciously without question, replace what was left out, AND give me a gift card. I've never been to a terrible location yet. Keep up the good work, CFA! I'll be by later on. 👍“
