“Every time I go here I always end up leaving happy. I can’t remember anytime where I experience anything negative. Even this morning. It was busy because it was 7:30 and of course a lot of people are in a rush at that time. The manager took over the window and started to help. He apologized about the wait and seemed really sincere. Mornings must be rough so I appreciate all that they do! Thank you for a positive time each time“
“There are FOUR Chick-fil-A spots in Rome (if you count the one at the Berry College campus), but this is the flagship location.
They remodeled a few years ago and it's one of most unique CFAs I've been in. You have option of a full service restaurant on one side and the typical order at the counter on the other.
Food is good every time I've visited and so has the customer service. So no complaints there.
One thing to note, you can't go from the parking lot directly to the adjacent shopping center lot, you have to turn out onto Turner McCall first.“
