Consistently disappointed. Frequent customer. Several times I’ve waited ~1 hour for my food. 5+ times my food has been made incorrectly. absolutely terrible communication and service, ordered a sandwich at 10:15, and was waiting until 10:45 when i finally asked if it was ready, guy said one second then never reappeared, when i asked again another 20 minutes later was told that they refunded it and that i’m “all set”. I was never told about a refund nor asked if i wanted one. will never be going here again.
