I am a motor coach driver. I brought a group in to this store. I have been all over the states and ate at many Chick-fil-A. Every Chick-fil-A always takes care of the driver. I order the same thing every time a chicken sandwich and a bag of chips. I never try to order more just because they’re giving it to you as a thank you for bringing your best load in this particular store. Overall chick-fil-a is always a safe choice to go to, you almost always know exactly what you're going to get when you go, whether it's good quality or serivce. Since it's a campus chick-fil-a you can't use the Chick-fil-a app and because of covid they only allow orders through GrubHub which charges fees making it quite a bit more expensive if you go there often as usually I get a 60¢+ fee with my $4.30 sandwich.The main reason I give this chick-fil-a 4 stars though is since...read full review

This location is on KSU's Marietta campus. During the lunch hours the service is usually good, they will get you your food at a decent speed. However towards the evening the service is subpar. Chick-Fil-A usually keeps a better standard than this location provides. Maybe it's because the employees are students?
