“I have gone to this location multiple times. I want to say I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. The employees have always been pleasant, the food is actually good, the store always looks clean (even the bathrooms and behind the counter). I have worked in the food industry for many years for competitors and know the struggles that the food industry faces. From what I see this store is ran well. I’m sure they are not perfect all the time but for the times I am there to eat and pick up orders for delivery I have had nothing but good experiences. Good job to the manager for running a clean friendly store“
“Ordering went smoothly, but fiancée’s burrito had a hair in it. The customer service was excellent and the compromised food was promptly replaced. Kudos to the manager, he was apologetic and professional. All the food was hot and tasted great.“
“I have not been to the Big Chicken in years but I can honestly say it has not changed it is a one place where customer service is still amazing they keep it immaculate and it takes you back for a little while how things used to be when people cared about their customers. The cashier was incredibly nice and helpful and the manager I can't remember her name she was a black woman was incredible she greeted her customers she took pride in what she fed them.
