KFC in Atlanta

“This was one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had. I ordered the 12-piece chicken wings combo, and the wings were extremely hard, dry, and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. They were not enjoyable or even edible.

The Original Recipe 4-piece combo wasn’t any better. The chicken wasn’t crispy at all—it was leathery, soggy, and tasted far from fresh.

The worst part was the drink. There was visible filth/debris floating and settled at the bottom of the cup, which was completely unacceptable and made me question the cleanliness of this location.

Overall, the food quality and cleanliness were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend spending your money at this location, and I’ll definitely be sharing my experience with others in the area. This location seriously needs to improve its food freshness, preparation, and sanitation.☹“

“I was out doing Uber Eats which is my job made a stop there at about 9:00 in the evening the gentleman running the cash register in the window was awesome with customer service and the food was so good that I had to just take a minute and park and eat hope to see you guys soon“

“i’m 7.5 months pregnant. i wanted mashed potatoes, and while i admit i was a bit confused by the drive thru, i approached the front door and to my delight: the lady working there was so welcoming. she let me in to use the bathroom and tell me about the drive thru and what not. let me pay for my food and it was ready in under 5 minutes. she was the only one back there at the time (not shading other employees as they were cleaning the dining room) but Sabrina in particular was doing the darn thing! so impressed with the workmanship and the community is so nice all in all. i will be back to visit. such a rarity nowadays because people can be so mean. thank you sabrina and team. yall really made this pregnant mama feel special.“
