I had a door dash order with 3 piece and mashed potatoes. Why is my chicken severely over cooked??
My experience today at this kfc was horrible I walked in no greeting so I stood at the front counter the manager and the lady in drive thru didn't say anything so I decided to go to the kiosk so I didn't find a certain item so I was asking for help still didn't say anything so when the guy manager finally said something I started to ask a question so he told me to let him ring me up because he was a bad vibe I don't even do reviews but the customer services is horrible....will...read full review
I had a great experience at KFC thanks to Dawanna's outstanding customer service. There was a small wait for the nuggets, but she kept me informed, remained friendly, and handled the situation professionally. Her positive attitude and willingness to make sure I had a good experience turned what could have been an inconvenience into a pleasant visit. It's always nice to see employees who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Dawanna, for your excellent service!
