Wanted lobster roll, which is on the menu, but I was told they weren't cooking them that day? I waited for my chiks so I'm not sure why I couldn't wait for the lobster rolls.
The customer service was horrible with no.respect, no professionalism, and no people skills at all.. They need to be trained how to greet your customer through the drive thru.. They need to learn how to be pleasant and smile.. and have courtesy toward their customers..
