The older woman tells me that they're closed although it's an 24hr restaurant. Horrible attitude.Also I see the previous reviews and it seems like you guys aren't doing anything about it.But an apology. Yall just as bad as yall staff. Customer service is horrific

There is an older woman that works the drive through and she has a horrible attitude. I frequently get breakfast there and the food (bacon) is inconsistent so I begin to ask for any bacon they had that was cook through. Her response was that they don’t cook food to order which I completely understand. I only asked because it had been done in the past. When I received my order this morning after requesting crispy or thoroughly cooked bacon she purposely gave me the image attached to the review. I’ll never give Krystal’s another dollar and hope they are happy with these rude employees that should be there to ensure the customers are taken care of so they have a place of employment.

The customer service was horrible with no.respect, no professionalism, and no people skills at all.. They need to be trained how to greet your customer through the drive thru.. They need to learn how to be pleasant and smile.. and have courtesy toward their customers..
