“The employees are very nice. A couple of suggestions: change the “unwich” name with something like lettuce wrap or something different. Many times it is mess up with “on wheat”. The music volume is so high and it is hard to communicate and listen. Finally, it does not happen often, but employees bringing their child to the store while they are working is not ideal. Specially if the child occupies a four people table while there are customers waiting for tables.“

“I eat here from time to time and just wanted to leave a good review. I'm not sure what the lady's name was, but I placed an online order and wasn't able to order the fountain drink I wanted online. I called in and asked if she could please make my drink of preference and she took care of that no problem. I know this is a small thing, but I just wanted to say on top of enjoying my food, I really appreciated her taking my call and helping me when she didn't have to. Those are the little things that keep people coming back.“

“Monica is amazing at what she does and definitely deserves a raise! She consistently provides great service and does an excellent job. However, she should also have additional help. Every time I visit, she is working by herself, and no matter how great someone is at their job, they shouldn’t have to handle everything alone every day.
