“I eat here from time to time and just wanted to leave a good review. I'm not sure what the lady's name was, but I placed an online order and wasn't able to order the fountain drink I wanted online. I called in and asked if she could please make my drink of preference and she took care of that no problem. I know this is a small thing, but I just wanted to say on top of enjoying my food, I really appreciated her taking my call and helping me when she didn't have to. Those are the little things that keep people coming back.“
“My friend and I come to this location at least once a week for lunch and lately it’s been teetering downwards in all ways except one: Monica.
Every time we eat here there are a few constants: There’s only one person working, it’s always busy & (if it’s raining) the ceiling is always leaking. But the most noticeable constant is Monica’s consistently positive attitude. She greets every customer politely when they walk in, she gives realistic expectations for when she’s in the weeds & she handles negative criticism given by impatient customers with grace. Just today she was managing leaks in the ceiling on top of all of her normal duties, and yes she washed her hands in between.
Monica is a powerhouse of positivity and I hope every Jimmy John’s location has a team member as incredible as her. But GET HER SOME HELP AND FIX THE ROOF.“
“The employees are very nice. A couple of suggestions: change the “unwich” name with something like lettuce wrap or something different. Many times it is mess up with “on wheat”. The music volume is so high and it is hard to communicate and listen. Finally, it does not happen often, but employees bringing their child to the store while they are working is not ideal. Specially if the child occupies a four people table while there are customers waiting for tables.“
