“I had a Karen moment when I asked for a bunch of extras on my sandwich, didn’t get them added, and called to complain after tipping 25% knowing I was asking for a bunch of stuff. The manager knew exactly which sandwich I was talking about and immediately sent another one done the way I requested. Now I feel bad. I was more calling to vent and they immediately corrected their mistake. Kudos and you have a customer for life. Sorry about my complicated sandwiches!“
“I don't write many reviews but thought I'd give a little recognition to Robin. I tend to get a sub on the way home from work right before close and this guy is always on his A+ game. Down to earth, super nice, very helpful, and definitely an asset to this store and the franchise. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets called in on a corporate level to train people.“
