“Absolutely love this Jimmy Johns crew. By far my favorite store. I noticed a lot of reviews left by customers complaining but I eat inside often and I see first hand how hard this crew works trying to get the customers orders to them on time. It has to be hard servicing the entire area of Sandy Springs when everyone is hungry all at the same time. This is by far once of the best run Jimmy Johns I’ve visited.“

“Look, it’s hard to find a place these days where the floor isn't sticky and the staff doesn't look like they hate their lives. But this Jimmy John's? 10/10.
I popped in to order to-go and the store was immaculate. Like, actually sparkling clean. The crew was amazing and super friendly, welcoming, and fast as hell. It’s refreshing to walk into a place, be treated like a human being, and get great food in a clean environment. Whatever management is doing here, keep doing it.“

“Went today after work and staff was working on a large order for a church. Young lady at the counter ( Hailey) and manager was able to get my order out quick and fresh even though they were already working on a very large order. Store was clean, staff was friendly.“

“Fast thorough service and good quality tuna sandwich on nice hot summer day. Bathroom available to customers only, probably because all the non customers ruin it for everyone else. I love it, definitely a favorite ? oh yeah don't forget ghost pepper cheese and eat your vegetables too“

“I want to recognize the gentleman who was working in the store today. He was completely on his own, handling an overwhelming number of orders without any help, yet he remained professional, calm, and hardworking the entire time.

I came in to pick up my online order, and despite how busy and overloaded he clearly was, he never once complained or showed frustration. He just kept working through everything with a great attitude and excellent customer service.

Employees like him truly deserve recognition. He handled an incredibly difficult situation with patience and professionalism, and I hope he gets the appreciation he deserves.“

I come in here twice a week for school and each time I come the guy with long dreads and the lady always wearing a mask are so sweet to me and even remember my no tomatoes on my order :) Thank you guys for always being awesome even when ya'll gotta put up with bs.
