The worst experience at a Jimmy John’s anywhere, it took them 35 minutes to make one sandwich while the workers argued about their schedules, I live in the area and won’t be returning to this location.
I’ve had faster service at the DMV. Don’t worry about ordering ahead on the app. It won’t matter. Waited almost an hour after ordering and ended up walking away with no food. Go to Brooklyn Deli. It’s better anyway.
The Snoop Dogg look alike with the sideways hat should consider a gig in something other than the food service industry with that lousy attitude and poor hygiene. Gross. 🤢
Came back to try them again April 2026 still a one star took 25 minutes from my sandwich and I was the only customer I don't know what they were doing but it was not working on my sandwich most of the time they were in the back multiple times
