I came in because i had time to kill between work and a doctor’s appointment. I was hoping to dine in and maybe take out my laptop and continue working. I ended up eating in my car rather than spending any more time inside of that shop. The atmosphere is dark, cold, crowded and off putting and staff takes your order with dead eyes and a monotonous robotic voice. Never again.
Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service from the male employee working during my visit. I am visibly pregnant, and he showed absolutely no consideration or regard for me. His attitude and the way he spoke to me were completely unacceptable and disgusting. Based on this experience, I will never return to this location.
I really wish I had read these reviews before going but how hard is it to put a few slices of meat on a sandwich. Well evidently it must be difficult. One (1) slice of roast beef only.
