One half slice of turkey on my sandwich. I cannot believe someone actually made this and thought this was okay to serve to someone who paid $8 for this lunch. I also asked for no lettuce so it seems they just didn't care at all about making my sandwich, which means they shouldn't be working. If I cared more or thought they would be efficient I'd walk in and show them this but let it be your precautionary tale to avoid this location.

Every restaurant across from the hospital was packed out, I thought I scored when I walked in here to find nobody in line. The service was mediocre. Not bad not good. The restaurant itself was clean so that was good. I sat in there and had a sandwich. I wish would’ve known what came on the sandwich because it was very basic and for the same $10 I would’ve waited in line at any of the neighboring restaurants. The bread at Jimmy John’s is always good and it definitely sets the tone, my sandwich was not good. Next time I’m in the area I will opt for another lunch option. I see why the common rating for this location is a 3, so I just voted on average with what everyone else did.⭐️⭐️⭐️?

Horrible location. Tried to order for delivery while I was a patient in Piedmont Atlanta hospital they call after I place the order online to tell me they cant deliver it and asked could i walk over to get it. Which I obviously could'nt. Fast foward a few weeks i had to come back in the hospital so i ask my wife to order it before she came to visit, she used door dash and its closed already!! But the time keeps getting pushed back even though the store is closed lights out and everything. And no way to get the money back. I will never try to get food from there again

Soror Q’iet Storm

This is the second day out of 3 that I have come to this location by the hospital and the doors are locked and no one in the store. And yesterday they let me order for delivery and I called and said they had to cancel because there is no delivery. Today right now at 6:50 the guy finally came to the door and said they were closed and he was told to close. It’s FRIDAY!!!!

Yesterday I ordered my lunch online from this establishment. My online time said delivery for 1:11pm. Its was after 1:20 and I called the restaurant 404-352-1111 the line just rang so I called back same thing. I waited and thought it was strange because I've never had an issue with an online delivery order. I called back still no answer. I called again and the phone was answered and then hung up. I waited and called back this time I was placed on eternal hold. It is now 2:15 still no order. Lunch hour is well over. I sent an email asking for a refund I no longer wanted the order. Of course it was answered by a Bot. I get a phone call at 3:38 requesting that I meet the driver I told her I no longer wanted the order. She was hostile saying it's not my fault I'm the only driver out here. After I got off from work I went to the establishment it is now 5:05pm. I spoke with the area manager "Memory" and I was met with attitude. She didn't try to understand or sympathize. I understood that the restaurant was short staffed, and if that had been explained from the beginning would've made a difference. But for "Memory" to dismiss my concerns by stating the GM has disappeared and she had to come to this location with a broken foot didn't make things any better. She ended the conversation by saying your item was voided. I'll never return to this location ever.

I can see why the ratings are low already for this store. They just decided to close early yesterday because they apparently didn’t have enough staff. I placed a delivery order and waited over an hour to drive up there and find out it was closed at 6pm on a Monday. No sign on the door as to why they were closed and online orders were still being allowed. I spoke with the manager and they voided my order, but she acted like she could care less. Won’t be returning to this location. I filed a complaint with their corporate office as well. Sounds like a new manager is needed who can actually run a store…

Delivery Driver threaten me, she didn’t hand me my food until given a tip ! Which I was planning on until she wouldn’t give me my food to make sure everything was there. Then she said next time don’t order on DoorDash because she needs her tip in cash for gas money. First off you came in with a horrible attitude when I said good morning she ain’t say anything but where her tip at, with my food still in her hand

Ordered online, and went to pick up, not ready on the shelf, so I get in line. I spy a sign near the register that says "No lines, no wait," promoting online ordering, and then a line of bags completed at the other end of the restaurant, near the drink machine. Awkwardly, because what are we to do in this situation, I walk over and ask if I can get the one with my name on it. "If you see your name, but you supposed to check in with the register. I hate people that do that." No sandwiches are good enough to be condescended on.

Unfortunately, there is nothing fast about this location. Placed my order through the app. From the time I placed my order until the time they gave me my sandwich, it took 25 minutes. They asked me multiple times while I was in there what my name was. And then they figured out they had already made the sandwich and laid it on the counter behind them, and didn’t realize it was mine.
